Loretta Facey welcomes new patients for both telehealth and face-to-face appointments.
Please note that Medicare eligibility criteria apply for some telehealth consultations. Patients may be required to attend a face-to-face appointment where clinically or Medicare appropriate.

Appointments are managed through the Halaxy online booking system.
Patients may use the Halaxy portal to book appointments, complete intake forms, access telehealth links, and receive appointment confirmations and reminders.

Telehealth appointments are suitable for a range of healthcare concerns; however, some conditions may require a face-to-face assessment or referral for further medical review where clinically appropriate.

Patients may be contacted regarding important results, recalls, or follow-up appointments where clinically appropriate.
Please note that pathology and imaging results all require a follow-up consultation to discuss findings and ongoing management.

Eligible patients with a valid Medicare card are bulk billed through Medicare.
Patients without a valid Medicare card will incur a private consultation fee.
Private health insurance claims are not currently processed.

Loretta Facey NP is currently a solo practice without reception staff.
The preferred method of contact is via email. Messages will be responded to as soon as possible during business hours; however, response times may vary depending on clinical workload and consulting hours.
Patients may receive a reply via email or phone call depending on the nature of the enquiry.
Please note that emails and social media pages are not monitored for medical emergencies or urgent health concerns.

Parking is available at the front of the building for patient convenience.
Wheelchair access is available via the rear of the building.
