Appointments are available by online booking only.
As the practice grows, additional consulting days and appointment times may become available.
Patient Portal & Online Booking
Loretta Facey uses Halaxy for secure online bookings, appointment management, intake forms, telehealth consultations, and patient communication.
Patients may receive appointment confirmations, reminders and telehealth links via the Halaxy patient portal.
Please ensure your contact details are kept up to date when booking appointments online.

Appointments with Loretta Facey are available via telehealth (phone and video) and selected face-to-face consultations.
Eligible patients with a valid Medicare card are bulk billed through Medicare.
Patients without a valid Medicare card will incur a private consultation fee.
Please note that all appointments are made through the online booking system.

Please note, Loretta does not provide shared maternity care, mental health care plans, chronic pain management, or the prescribing of Schedule 8 medications.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible so the appointment can be offered to another patient.
Patients who repeatedly fail to attend appointments without notice may have future online booking access restricted.
If you are running late or experiencing difficulties attending your appointment, please contact Loretta Facey via email as soon as possible.
